        a.  Consider/act on Intergovernmental Agreement establishing the Northern Illinois Electric Aggregation Consortium between and among the County of McHenry and the Village of Ringwood and 11 other cities and villages

        b.  Consider/act on the following agreements for the resurfacing of Barnard Mill Road in 2012:

             1.  Funding agreement between the Village of Ringwood and the Illinois Dept. of Transportation;

             2.  Engineering Services Agreement between the Village of Ringwood and HR Green;

             3.  Resolution/funding Allocation Agreement between the Village of Ringwood, McHenry Township and the Village of Wonder Lake

       c. Approval of disbursements – warrant no. 021612
