PUBLIC NOTICE REGARDING THE CONTEMPLATED AND PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY BY THE VILLAGE OF RINGWOOD
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the corporate authorities of the Village of Ringwood that the annexation of the “Territory”, as hereinafter described in this notice, is contemplated under section 7-1-13 of the Illinois Municipal Code, 65 ILCS 5/7-1-13. The corporate authorities of the Village of Ringwood will consider and take action to adopt an ordinance to annex the “Territory”, as hereinafter described in this notice, on Monday, November 17, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at 6000 Barnard Mill Road, Ringwood, Illinois 60072, at a public meeting. The Territory is legally described as follows:
That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 45 North, Range 8 East of the Third Principal Meridian described as follows: Commencing at the point of intersection of the East Line of the Northwest Quarter aforesaid and the center line of Ringwood Road; thence Southwesterly along said center line 691.65 feet, for a place of beginning; thence continuing Southwesterly along said center line 420.55 feet; thence Northwesterly at an angle of 117 degrees 34 minutes 20 seconds measured counterclockwise from the last described course, 504.08 feet; thence Northeasterly parallel with the center line of said Ringwood Road, 552.65 feet thence Southeasterly at an angle of 77 degrees 14 minutes measured counter-clockwise from the last described course, 458.17 feet, to the place of beginning, all in McHenry County, Illinois; and

The common addresses and names of the parcels included within the Territory are as follows: The “Laino Parcel” located at 4704 Ringwood Road, Ringwood, IL 60072 to which property identification number 09-10-126-002 is assigned; and the “Dream Life Properties Parcels” located at 4621 Ringwood Road, Ringwood, IL 60072 to which property identification numbers 09-10-127-002 and 09-10-127-003 are assigned.
THE VILLAGE OF RINGWOOD
